Here’s how it works…

APPLICATION
Submit your request online and a representative will contact you within 24 hours, or for faster service call the toll free number and speak directly with one of our representatives.

CONSULTATION
You will speak directly to one of our experts who will listen to your story, explain your options and get you started. Based on the information provided, we will prepare your introduction package and deliver it to you via email, fax or regular mail.

DOCUMENTATION
Now it’s time to gather important documents such as: mortgage statements, bank statements, disclosures and other important financial documents. But don’t worry…we will give you a list of everything you will need.  Keep in mind that the bank’s main concern is helping you arrive at a payment that will allow you the opportunity to stay in your home while achieving a payment that you can predictably afford.

PREPARATION
Once you return all of the requested documents, we will review everything compared to the information you originally provided to us and use our proprietary system to finalize the preparation of your do-it-yourself loan modification package to be ready to submit to your lender. Once the package is complete, it will be delivered to you via email, fax or regular mail.

SUBMISSION
Once you receive your package you are now ready to submit it directly to your lender. We recommend that all of our clients contact their lender shortly after submitting their package to confirm that all pages have been received and verify that they have the proper contact information to get in touch with you once they have reviewed the package.

Many of our clients have expressed a concern in being able to efficiently deliver their completed package to their lender.  Due to the amount of documentation involved, and the requirement by most lenders to deliver the package electronically or via fax, we offer our clients a package which includes delivery of the final package to the lender via fax and mail. As part of this service, we provide you with the proof of delivery or tracking number as appropriate so that you can follow up directly with your lender and begin the work out process.
