provide you with the proof of delivery. At no point
will Lifeline Loan Solutions ever contact your lender or
servicer to discuss your loan or negotiate any
modification. You are fully responsible for all
negotiations with your lender or servicer. We do not
guarantee that your lender or servicer will deem you
eligible for any of their loan modification programs and
we do not guarantee the outcome of your modification,
which may take up to 90 days or more to be presented to
you by your lender or servicer.
